Booking Terms and Conditions (until the end of December 2020)

*Customers who have stayed in Japan for more than 3 weeks after entering the country. (You will be asked to provide proof of your identity upon entry.)

*Customers who have decided on a hotel to stay

*Up to 5 people per group (groups are not allowed during this period.)

*Guests who are in good health and whose body temperature is less than 37.5℃

Before entering the facility, a health check (temperature test as well as oral questions) will be conducted.

If your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will not be allowed to enter the facility.

Those with a fever, or even mild symptoms such as a cough or sore throat will not be allowed to enter the facility.
